Remove a tenant

Only Admins have permission to remove a tenant.
You can remove tenants yourself at any time. Removing a tenant stops monitoring and removes access for that tenant in Petra.
  1. Go to Settings > Usage.
  2. Find the tenant you want to remove.
  3. Click Remove tenant.
  4. Confirm the removal.

What happens next

  • Monitoring for the tenant stops immediately.
  • Access to that tenant in Petra is removed for your members and guests.
  • You can add the tenant back later by onboarding it again.
